Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg pork
  • 400 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 700 ml broth
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small can of kidney beans
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • oil
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the meat into pieces, then fry in hot oil, then season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped onions and fry. Pour in the broth, tomato paste, and passata and bring to a boil. Add paprika and a little chili. Add the corn and beans and simmer for about 20 minutes. Finally, stir in the cup of sour cream and bring back to a boil. I serve this with rice or potatoes.
