super fast

This is a very quick recipe for making delicious brownies in the microwave. However, the surface won’t be as shiny and slightly crispy as from the oven. It also tastes delicious warm with vanilla ice cream. Melt the chocolate and let it cool briefly. Beat the egg until frothy, then slowly add the sugar until the mixture is thick and creamy and the sugar is dissolved. Stir in the oil and chocolate. Then combine the remaining ingredients and gently stir into the chocolate mixture by hand until a smooth, even batter forms. Pour into a shallow microwave-safe container (e.g., a microwave-safe baking dish or plastic container) (about 2-3 cm high) and smooth out. Bake on medium-high for about 3 minutes. The exact time depends on the microwave. Be careful not to burn the center.
