Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g squid(s) (squid rings, frozen)
- 15 g butter
- 75 ml cream
- 1 egg yolk
- Salt and pepper, black from the mill
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- dill
- Paprika powder
- some chives
- some flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Melt the butter in a pan. Fry the squid rings and drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, plenty of dill, and paprika. Add chives to taste. Thicken the butter with flour. Add the cream. Cook for 1 minute and then mix with the egg yolk.
