Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g quark, low-fat
  • 120 ml oil
  • 110 g sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 can/n tangerine(s), without juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix everything except the mandarin oranges, then fold in the mandarin oranges at the end. Pour into a silicone baking dish and microwave for 20 minutes at 600 watts. Let stand for 5 minutes and check the center. If it’s still soft, place it back in the microwave for another 2-5 minutes. Let cool completely and remove from the dish.
