Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 Camembert(s)
  • 2 onions or 1 leek
  • 4 tbsp mixed pickles or other pickled vegetables
  • 2 apples
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Peel the apples, quarter them, and slice them without cores. Slice the onions and strip the leeks. Roughly dice the pickled vegetables and tear the Camembert into fairly large pieces. Mix all ingredients and fill wide-mouthed jars. Make a spicy sauce from oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, a little salt, sugar, pepper, and chopped parsley. Pour the sauce over the cocktail glasses. Cover the glasses with cling film and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Delicious on its own or with toast or bread.
