  • 1 Red Pepper fresh
  • 1 yellow Pepper fresh
  • 1 green Pepper fresh
  • 1 Can Corn drained weight 425g
  • 1 tbsp Chili oil
  • 2 tbsp Ajvar
  • 300 ml Vegetable juice
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 a cup Crème légère
  • 1 bunch Parsley smooth
  • Seasoned salt with chilli
  • Orange pepper
  1. Peel the vegetable onions and cut into small cubes, peel the garlic and chop finely …. Halve and core the peppers and cut out the white skins, wash and cut into small cubes … Drain the corn through a sieve …. parsley wash, shake dry, cut leaves into strips …
  2. Heat oil in a saucepan …. Add onions and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent …. Add diced paprika and ajvar and fry for 3 minutes …..
