Midnight Soup >>
The perfect midnight soup >> recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Canned kidney beans
- 200 g Lean beef
- 2 Onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 2 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 pinch Chili
- 1 l Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 4 tsp Crème fraîche with herbs
- Wash the meat, pat dry and dice. Clean and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a non-stick saucepan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the meat and fry it.
- Add tomato paste and lightly toast. Then add the soy sauce, paprika and chilli. Deglaze with the stock and simmer over a moderate heat for about 35 minutes until the meat is soft.
- Rinse the beans in a colander and add to the soup. Let simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with oregano and salt to taste. Pour hot soup into cups and decorate with a dollop of crème fraîche with herbs.
