Tomato Noodle Soup with Soy Strips

The perfect tomato noodle soup with soy strips recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Sieved tomatos
  • 125 ml Water
  • 125 g Gemelli
  • 50 g Dried soy schnitzel
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 1 tsp Frozen herb mixture
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  1. Heat the tomatoes and the water together in a saucepan. Add the noodles and soy shredded and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with the vegetable stock powder, frozen herbs and a little salt and pepper. Then serve.
