Tomato Noodle Soup with Soy Strips

- 500 ml Sieved tomatos
- 125 ml Water
- 125 g Gemelli
- 50 g Dried soy schnitzel
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- 1 tsp Frozen herb mixture
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Heat the tomatoes and the water together in a saucepan. Add the noodles and soy shredded and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with the vegetable stock powder, frozen herbs and a little salt and pepper. Then serve.
