Kerwe – Hearty Snack!
The perfect kerwe – hearty snack! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
grated, blanched:
- 500 g Fresh white cabbage
- 1 Pc. Sliced carrot
Dough:
- 250 g Ground beef
- 2 Pc. Eggs
finely chopped :
- 1 Can Mozzarella minis
Spice up :
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon Caraway seed
- 0,5 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
- 2 teaspoon Coarse salt
- 2 tablespoon Finely chopped parsley
Tie :
- 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
put in the mold:
- 12 disc Mixed with bacon, sliced
- 1 Pc. Muffin pan 12 pieces
To prepare :
- Clean the cabbage, slice, blanch. Peel the carrot, slice it, blanch it with the cabbage, rinse.
