Mie noodles with chicken curry sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g chicken fillet(s), cut into cubes
  • 2 small garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 200 g mie noodles
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • 4 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 250 ml water
  • 10 tbsp whipped cream
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • Sambal Oelek (hot, add to taste)
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Brown chicken pieces in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan. Sauté garlic in the drippings and sauté with flour and curry powder. Stir in 1/4 liter water and cream. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix chicken with curry sauce and noodles and heat briefly. Season with soy sauce, vinegar, sambal oelek, and sugar.
