  • ¼ liter cream
  • 1 tbsp tarragon
  • 1 shallot(s), diced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter

Cook the wide pasta according to the package instructions. Cut the meat into thin strips, quickly sauté the shallot, garlic, and meat over high heat. Deglaze with the white wine, then season with salt and pepper. Once the wine has almost evaporated, add the cream. Let it reduce slightly, add the tarragon, and let it steep briefly. Done! One of my quickest recipes. For a change, you can also serve it with fresh, pan-fried mushrooms.
