- 250 g noodles (Mie)
- 300 g spinach, frozen (already chopped)
- 200 g cottage cheese, low-fat
- 1 tbsp cream cheese, low-fat (herb, up to 5% absolute)
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- nutmeg

Cook the mie noodles according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, thaw the spinach in the microwave, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Then stir in the cottage cheese. Return the drained noodles to the pot, reduce the heat to low, and add the spinach and cottage cheese sauce. Heat gently. Add the cream cheese and let it melt. And you have a quick dinner.
