Migas (breadcrumbs) with ham and chorizo (Spanish tapa)
Chop the crustless bread into breadcrumbs the day before. Finely chop the garlic cloves and mix with the water and paprika. Pour this mixture over the migas (breadcrumbs) and stir until the liquid is evenly absorbed by all the breadcrumbs. Form the resulting mixture into a ball, wrap it in a damp cloth, and let it rest for 12 hours. Fry the migas in a little oil until browned. Crush the breadcrumbs slightly and stir in the ham and chorizo, stirring constantly. Serve freshly prepared.
