Milanese Pasta Pan
The perfect milanese pasta pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 bottle Tomato ketchup
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 1 piece Meat sausage
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Chopped parsley
- Put on the pasta water and then cook the pasta aldente.
- Cut the meat sausage into bite-sized pieces and fry in a saucepan. Chop the spring onions and add to the meat sausage pieces and fry them briefly. Pour the tomato ketchup over it and let it simmer briefly, season with salt, pepper and parsley, add the noodles, done 🙂
