Zucchini – Easy

The perfect zucchini – easy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 kl. Zucchini fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut oil
  • Smoked salt
  • Chopped parsley
  1. Cut away the ends of the zucchini, cut the rest of the zucchini diagonally into slices about 1 cm wide.
  2. Heat the peanut oil vigorously and fry the zucchini slices on both sides very quickly until golden brown. Sprinkle with smoked salt, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
  3. I served this quick vegetable with marinated lamb. With a few slices of baguette it was a special treat ….. and prepared soooo quickly that there was still a lot of free time!
