- 8 lamb chops
- ½ cup(s) breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup(s) cheese, grated
- ¼ cup(s) oil
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
The cutlets are dipped unsalted in beaten egg and coated in breadcrumbs mixed with cheese. They are fried in hot oil until golden brown on both sides and served with a lemon wedge. Served with saffron rice and fresh seasonal vegetables.
