Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Honey
  • 50 Chamomile flowers
  • 2 tbsp Gallian liqueur
  • 250 ml Milk
  • Propolis
  • Fleur de sel
  • 3 tsp Earl Gray tea
  • 1 sheet Gelatin
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla icecream

Instructions
 

  • Bring the milk to the boil, add the tea, let it steep. Cuties. Dissolve the soaked gelatine in it and whisk well. Fill into espuma bottle and gas with two cartridges.
  • Heat the honey with the chamomile flowers and the liqueur to 90 °. Check with thermometer. Let it steep for 15 minutes. Happen. Off to the freezer.
