Foamed Honey Milk with Ginger
The perfect foamed honey milk with ginger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 ml Milk
- 40 g Ginger
- Honey, as you like it to be sweet
- 100 ml Milk
- Liquid honey, for decoration
- Cinnamon, for decoration
- Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces.
- Bring the milk with the ginger to the boil and cover (otherwise the milk will skin) let it steep for a good 10 minutes. Then strain and heat again. Now sweeten with honey to taste.
- In the meantime, heat the other milk and froth up well with the milk frother
- Pour the milk into a suitable glass (but only make it 3/4 full), fill up with the milk foam, sprinkle with a little honey and sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon.
