Beans in milk sauce – very tasty

First, drain the beans and reserving the bean water, then set it aside. Heat the butter and stir in the flour. Then, pour the milk and bean water into the roux and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and bring everything to a boil. Then add the beans and bring back to a boil. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. This makes a great vegetable side dish for a variety of dishes, such as schnitzel.
