Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 25 g yeast
  • 40 g butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • 10 g salt
  • 2 eggs, including the yolk
  • ½ lemon(s), peel only
  • Raisins, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Add all ingredients to the bowl and knead. Place the lid on the yeast bowl, lift the flap, and use it to squeeze out any remaining air. Close and keep warm. To shorten the dough’s rising time, place the bowl in warm water (approx. 50°C). When the lid opens, knead again. Repeat this process. This will make the dough finer. Then braid the dough or twist it – whichever you prefer! Bake at 200°C for approx. 35 minutes.
