Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 ml milk
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 600 g wheat flour
  • 5 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 pack of raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

Place all ingredients, except the raisins, into the bread maker in the order listed and bake according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Add the raisins only after the beep. Program: Sweet, Browning: Medium, Weight: 1 kg.
