Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 ml soy milk (soy drink) or other
- 50 g corn, ground
- 1 pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp vanilla (bourbon)
- 50 g chocolate (dark, at least 70% cocoa)
- 2 tbsp honey
- possibly margarine or butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
gluten-free, egg-free, cow’s milk-free
Stir the cornstarch, salt, and vanilla into the cold milk. Boil for 2-3 minutes while stirring. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the crumbled chocolate and 1 tablespoon of honey, and dissolve. Before serving, add 1 tablespoon of honey or unhydrogenated margarine or butter to the center.
