Raspberry-mascarpone cream for spreading on brownies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 200 g yogurt
  • some lemon zest
  • some orange zest

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, place the raspberries in a saucepan and let them boil. Then, add the mascarpone and yogurt to a saucepan and mix well with a hand mixer. Now add enough raspberries to create a spreadable or moldable mixture. You may not need all of the raspberries. Season to taste with grated orange and lemon zest. The cream can be used immediately.
