Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g banana(s)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 500 ml milk, low-fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mash or puree the bananas, add lemon juice, and mix with milk. Tip: You can also use other fruit instead of bananas, such as strawberries or cherries. Sweeten with honey if necessary.
