Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g tagliatelle pasta
- 1 ¼ liters of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- some sugar and cinnamon
- 20 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
really delicious
Bring the milk to a boil with a pinch of salt. Add the pasta and simmer until thickened and the pasta is soft and absorbed. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and dot with small knobs of butter before serving.
