Strawberry Milk – Dessert

The perfect strawberry milk – dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Strawberry buttermilk
  • 500 g Fresh strawberries
  • 8 sheet Gelatin red
  • 6 cl Strawberry liqueur
  • Possibly sugar
  1. Soak gelatine, heat a quarter of the buttermilk and dissolve the squeezed gelatine in it. Wash the strawberries, remove the green and quarter them. Pick up 4 decorative strawberries. Depending on your taste, sprinkle some sugar over the strawberries and then puree.
  2. Add the remaining buttermilk, the Lokör and the strawberry puree to the gelatin milk and stir well. Fill into 4 glasses and place in the refrigerator. Garnish with a strawberry to serve.
