Milk noodles my way

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, cream, vanilla or chocolate
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 750 ml milk, plenty
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain. Meanwhile, stir the custard powder into a little milk. Place the remaining milk in a saucepan on the stove, sprinkle in the sugar to prevent it from burning, and heat. As soon as the milk begins to boil, add the stirred custard powder, stirring constantly, until the custard mixture has the consistency of a thicker custard. Remove from the heat and add the drained pasta. This works perfectly without burning, and my kids always loved it. It’s easy, or you can be stupid, but you have to know how to help yourself!
