Milk noodles without pudding powder

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ liter of milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 150 g tagliatelle pasta
  • n. B. Fruits

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring the milk, cream, vanilla sugar, and sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Add the pasta and cook. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold water and add it to the pasta. Bring to a boil briefly. Garnish the pasta with fruit, if desired.
