Ingredients

  • 250 g Curd
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 6 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 6 tbsp Milk
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 Pkg Baking powder
  • 1 Pkg Vanilla sugar
  • 50 g Chocolate sprinkles / flakes / drops
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. - If the dough is rather firm, don't worry, that's how it should be 🙂
  • Flour your hands and form balls. Place on a baking sheet and brush with milk.
  • Bake at 200 ° top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes. - how long they really take depends on the size of your balls. In the end, they should be golden brown in any case.
  • Let it cool down and enjoy 🙂 - yeah, I usually make about 10 balls out of this dough!
