Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 750 ml milk
- 2 tbsp cane sugar, up to 4 tbsp OR
- 2 tsp sweetener, up to 4 tsp (liquid stevia)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch vanilla powder (bourbon)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp butter
- 40 g chocolate, bitter 70% or more cocoa content.
- 2 cl rum, 54%, up to 4 cl or
- eggnog
- 140 g ground corn OR with 1 l milk
- 160 g ground corn
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Stir all ingredients up to the butter into the cold milk, except for 1 tablespoon of butter, and bring to the boil for 2 minutes while stirring. Put the lid on and let it swell for about 10 minutes, then do it. Add the tablespoon of butter when serving. Note: can also be used with water/juice. Variation I: Add 40g of dark chocolate with a 70% or higher cocoa content to the milk. When it is no longer boiling, add 2-4 cl of rum with a 54% content. Or pour egg liqueur over it after serving. Note: for 1 liter of milk, use 160g of ground corn.
