Mocha – coffee with ice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml coffee, good quality!
  • 50 ml liqueur (mocha liqueur)
  • 30 g chocolate (mocha or creamy milk chocolate)
  • 2 tbsp sugar, fine refined sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 scoops of ice cream (nut ice cream)
  • 2 tsp chocolate sprinkles (decoration)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Boil the coffee until very hot! Dissolve the chocolate and sugar in the coffee, add the mocha liqueur, and gently fold in the egg white cream. Pour the coffee into large mugs and add a scoop of ice cream to each mug (or, if you don’t have a scoop, add the desired amount with a warmed teaspoon). Garnish with milk or mocha chocolate sprinkles. You can also use chocolate or vanilla ice cream.
