Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (sponge cake), dark
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 3 can/n tangerines
- 10 ribs of confectionery (milk slices)
- n. B. cake glaze
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with tangerines
Mix the sour cream with the vanilla sugar. Whip the whipped cream with the cream stiffener and carefully fold it into the sour cream. Spread half of the cream on the cake base and then top with the Milchschnitten (milk slices). Spread the remaining cream on top. Garnish the cake with the mandarins. Tip: To preserve the mandarins longer, you can pour a glaze over them!
