Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pumpkin(s) (carving pumpkin, Halloween pumpkin)
  • 100 ml water
  • 5 tbsp durum wheat semolina
  • ½ orange(s), zest and juice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 75 g sugar
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 8 hours 25 minutes

with orange and cinnamon notes

Cut the pumpkin into pieces and boil them in water for 10-15 minutes until soft, then puree. Add the semolina, stir, and bring everything to a boil briefly. Add the orange juice, orange zest, cinnamon, and sugar. Remove from heat to allow to swell (you can turn off the heat while adding the juice). Once everything is cool, stir in the quark. Per serving: 202 kcal, 0.5 g fat, LF30 = 2.45%.
