Ingredients for 17 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g condensed milk, made into milkmaid caramel
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 100 g ground almonds
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cream the butter with the caramelized milk until fluffy, add salt. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Combine the flour with the baking powder and almonds, and fold in. Pour into 12-cup mini muffin tins and bake for about 20 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
