Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 ml vanilla milk or vanilla milkshake
- 50 g semolina
- 80 g oat flakes
- 3 egg yolks, boiled
- 80 g margarine
- 80 g sugar
- 60 g flour
- 70 g almonds, ground
- ½ pack of vanilla pudding powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Combine the milkshake, semolina, and oats and let them sit for a while. Combine the egg yolks, margarine, and sugar with a dough hook, then add the milk mixture. Mix the remaining dry ingredients and add them to the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Drop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper using a tablespoon, leaving enough space between each layer to allow for the spreadable dough, which will ensure the cookies are nice and thin. Bake for 20 minutes.
