Ingredients
 

Dough:

  • 300 g Millet flour
  • 2 tbsp Hemp flour
  • 2 tbsp Soy flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Coriander, acc.
  • 1 tsp Thyme, sep.
  • 0,5 Yeast fresh
  • 300 ml Water, lukewarm

Covering:

  • 100 g Sheep feta
  • 100 g Olives, green
  • 0,5 tsp Black cumin
  • Sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Put all dry ingredients for the dough in a bowl and mix together. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add to it. Whisk well.
  • Let the dough rise in the warm oven for about 30 minutes. Put in the springform pan. Cut the olives and feta into small pieces and place on the dough. Sprinkle with black cumin and sea salt.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 160 degrees.
  • Enjoy lukewarm
