Stock: Strawberry Vinegar

The perfect stock: strawberry vinegar recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Fresh strawberries
  • 500 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Agave syrup
  1. Clean and quarter the strawberries and place in a wide-necked bottle. Top up the vinegar and syrup, shake briefly. Let it steep for 3 weeks in a dark and cool place.
  1. Line a sieve with a cheesecloth and strain the vinegar. Pour vinegar into small bottles.
