Stock: Strawberry Vinegar
The perfect stock: strawberry vinegar recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Fresh strawberries
- 500 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Agave syrup
- Clean and quarter the strawberries and place in a wide-necked bottle. Top up the vinegar and syrup, shake briefly. Let it steep for 3 weeks in a dark and cool place.
- Line a sieve with a cheesecloth and strain the vinegar. Pour vinegar into small bottles.
