Millet fruit salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 30 g millet, washed
  • 200 ml water
  • 100 g yogurt (0.1% fat)
  • Hazelnuts or sunflower seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 400 g fresh fruit (apples, pears, bananas)
  • Vanillin sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

A fresh fruit salad with little fat

Bring the washed millet to a boil with the water, cover, and let it swell over medium heat. Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and immediately mix with the lemon juice. Season the yogurt with cinnamon and vanilla. Briefly toast the nuts or seeds. Stir everything together.
