gluten-free / own recipe

Rinse the millet with boiling water to remove the bitterness. Bring the water to a boil + add the rinsed millet, reduce the heat. Be careful! It will boil quickly, then simmer for 12 minutes, until the water has almost disappeared. Turn off the heat + let it swell for about 10-20 minutes, then it will be nice and grainy, then cool completely. Add all ingredients except the oil, mix, and fry in batches in the hot fat. Use 2-3 tablespoons for the batter, then press it down a little. The cooking time depends on the size of the patties. You’ll need about 26 patties.
