Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g margarine
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g cornflakes
  • 200 g raisins or chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Beat the margarine, sugar, and egg until fluffy. Gradually mix in the other ingredients. Form the dough into small balls and place them, leaving some space between them, on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten slightly with a fork.
