Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 large eggs
- 175 g flour
- 60 g cornstarch (Mondamin)
- 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
- 200 ml condensed milk 7.5%
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cream together the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt, then add the eggs and beat until fluffy. Combine the flour, Mondamin, and baking powder and stir in, sifted a spoonful at a time. Add the condensed milk and stir in. Pour the batter into a greased 30cm tart pan and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for approximately 20-25 minutes. If you prefer smaller fruit tarts, this amount of batter is enough for about 15 tartlets (baked in silicone baking cups, 12cm in diameter and 2cm high).
