Minced Beef and Tomato Soup
The perfect minced beef and tomato soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 bunch Soup greens fresh
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 Onions
- 50 g Butter
- 250 gr Ground beef
- 1 Can Chunky tomatoes 800gr.
- 250 ml Tomato juice
- Salt pepper
- 2 El Brandy
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1/2 bunch of dill and parsley each
- 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
- Clean, peel and wash the soup greens and cut into fine strips. Peel and dice the garlic and onions.
- Melt the butter, sauté the garlic and onion until translucent. Add the soup greens and sauté with them.
- Brown the beef, mashing the pieces of meat with a fork. Add the tomatoes to the minced meat and stir well, bring to the boil.
- Pour in the tomato juice, bring to the boil again briefly and then cook the soup for another 15 minutes over medium heat.
- Season with salt, pepper, brandy and sugar.
- Wash and finely chop the dill and parsley. Add the herbs to the soup. Finally stir in the creme fraiche and serve immediately.
