Minced Beef and Tomato Soup

The perfect minced beef and tomato soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 bunch Soup greens fresh
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 Onions
  • 50 g Butter
  • 250 gr Ground beef
  • 1 Can Chunky tomatoes 800gr.
  • 250 ml Tomato juice
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 El Brandy
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1/2 bunch of dill and parsley each
  • 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  1. Clean, peel and wash the soup greens and cut into fine strips. Peel and dice the garlic and onions.
  1. Melt the butter, sauté the garlic and onion until translucent. Add the soup greens and sauté with them.
  1. Brown the beef, mashing the pieces of meat with a fork. Add the tomatoes to the minced meat and stir well, bring to the boil.
  1. Pour in the tomato juice, bring to the boil again briefly and then cook the soup for another 15 minutes over medium heat.
  1. Season with salt, pepper, brandy and sugar.
  1. Wash and finely chop the dill and parsley. Add the herbs to the soup. Finally stir in the creme fraiche and serve immediately.
