Minced Meat Ratatouille

The perfect minced meat ratatouille recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pc. Sweet potatoes
  • 1 Pc. Zucchini
  • 1 Pc. Hot peppers
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 400 g Minced meat
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Wash the vegetables, peel the sweet potatoes and cut into cubes. (Vegetables can of course vary as you like.)
  2. Chop the onion and fry in oil in a high frying pan until translucent. Add the minced meat, fry until crumbly and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Dust with flour and deglaze with the bouillon. Add the ginger and vegetables. Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
