Minced Beef in Paprika-tomato Sauce

The perfect minced beef in paprika-tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 2 piece Red pepper
  • 2 piece Diced onion
  • 4 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 600 ml Condensed milk 4% fat
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  • Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Dice the onions and peppers. Fry the minced meat in a pan, add the onions, paprika and tomato paste and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the condensed milk. Season to taste with garlic, pepper and salt. Thicken with the Parmesan to taste and consistency. Any form of pasta goes well with it. Condensed milk as an alternative to cream or fine cream with 30% and 15% fat.
