Minced beef with mushrooms and corn

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 can of corn
  • 150 ml beef broth
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • some olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Brown the ground beef and finely chopped onion in olive oil. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and corn and sauté. Pour in the broth and season with salt and pepper. Just before serving, add the crème fraîche, bring back to a boil, and season to taste. Serve with rice or pasta, of course, but a Finnish oven pancake with salt and pepper is also delicious.
