Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g minced beef
- 1 onion(s)
- 400 g mushrooms
- 1 can of corn
- 150 ml beef broth
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Brown the ground beef and finely chopped onion in olive oil. Add the sliced mushrooms and corn and sauté. Pour in the broth and season with salt and pepper. Just before serving, add the crème fraîche, bring back to a boil, and season to taste. Serve with rice or pasta, of course, but a Finnish oven pancake with salt and pepper is also delicious.
