Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 800 g minced beef
- 8 large bell peppers, red and yellow
- 4 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g tomato paste, spicy
- 50 g tomato paste
- 4 can/n pizza tomatoes, 400 g each
- 250 ml white or red wine
- 1 ½ tsp, heaped stock powder
- 5 tsp, heaped paprika powder, sweet
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Rinse the bell peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Brown the ground beef until crumbly, season with salt, and add the onions and garlic, then sauté. Then add the tomato paste and sauté. Deglaze with a little white or red wine. Add paprika and pepper. Add the bell peppers to the sauce and finish cooking. Season to taste and add a little granulated stock, if desired. Potatoes go well as a side dish. Cook them well in advance (about 25 minutes) before the end of cooking.
