Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 1 handful of cocktail tomatoes
- 1 small jar of pickled gherkins
- ½ liter water or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp flour, or sauce thickener)
- salt and pepper
- e.g. paprika powder
- Parsley
- Oil or margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
with peppers and cocktail tomatoes
Add oil to the pan and fry the minced meat. Then add the finely chopped onion and cook until translucent. Deglaze with water or vegetable stock. Meanwhile, dice the deseeded bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and gherkins and add them to the pan. Now add the flour to thicken and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Serve best over potatoes or pasta and garnish with parsley.
