Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 stalk(s) leek, finely chopped
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, cut into small cubes
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 100 g processed cheese
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), chopped
- 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper, white
- vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic. Add the minced meat and fry. Add the vegetable stock, leek, and potatoes, and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the processed cheese and sour cream, bring to a boil briefly, thicken to taste, and add the chives. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, then serve.
