Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat (turkey or chicken)
- 5 stalk(s) leeks
- 2 large carrots
- 600 g processed cheese, 9% fat
- 75 g low-fat bacon
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp oil
- Maggi
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
WW-suitable
Peel and dice the onions. Wash the carrots and cut into half-moons. Trim and slice the leeks. Sauté the minced meat and bacon in a large stockpot with oil until crispy. Then add the vegetables and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the vegetable stock. Season with a little salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the processed cheese. Bring to a boil briefly and season with Maggi.
