Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 450 g minced meat
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- ½ flatbread(s)
- 1 pack of pizza cheese, e.g. B. grated Gouda, approx. 200 g each
- 250 ml cream, 7%
- ½ cup cream cheese, 200 g each
- 1 class can/n Tomato paste, approx. 70 g each
- 1 bunch of herbs, n. B.
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- garlic powder
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Fry the minced meat with the diced onion until cooked through. Dice half of the flatbread. Mix the minced meat and bread in a casserole dish. Mix the spices and tomato paste in the pan used to cook the minced meat, then add the cream and cream cheese. Bring the mixture to a boil and season to taste. Spread the sauce over the minced meat and flatbread mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Place the casserole dish in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat). After 15 to 20 minutes, the casserole is ready. Serve with a salad and, if desired, fries.
